How can you import products into our warehouse?
Simply share your product's GST bill with our team, and we’ll handle the import to our warehouse. We’ll take care of all the arrangements once it arrives.
How can you share order labels with us?
Just download the order labels and upload them to Google Drive. Don’t worry—we'll guide you on how to share them during the training period.
How can you check the order and return details?
You can check this information in our system. After successful onboarding, we'll provide you with your login credentials.
What are the charges for Boden Brands' services?
Warehousing is free for the first 90 days after you sign up. After that, we will charge based on your coverage area. For packaging and return calculations, there will be a nominal fee per order.
